Generous portion size, delicious food, very cosy effective banquet, prompt and professional service. Recommended!
We enjoyed "Banquet A" (see photos) for $52pp and had enough food left for another meal (we got boxes and bags for take away).
Great condiments, starters and mains.
The mango lasi was also delicious.

Grand Guru Indian Restaurant in Gisborne is a gem. The food is exceptional, bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly spiced. The service is fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. We’ve eaten here many times, never disappointed. Highly recommended!

We've been going to Grand Guru for nearly 10 years and still every time we order it we remark how nice it is. The family pack is great value and you get a few meals out of it and the butter chicken is the best we've ever had (and we sample a lot of curries!). Highly recommend if you're looking for take away in Gisborne.

Grand Guru has become our go-to in Gisborne for takeaways. We have been regularly eating here for nearly a decade. Through the whole of that time, the food has been consistent and up with the very best Indian food we have found around greater Melbourne. We couldn't be happier and look forward to our regular visits for many more years to come.
